Overview

WinCo Pizza, nestled within the bustling WinCo grocery store in Eugene, Oregon, offers a no-frills yet satisfying pizza experience that has earned a strong local following. Specializing in classic, straightforward pizza varieties—like their well-rated pepperoni pie—this spot impresses with fresh ingredients and a balanced sauce that avoids unnecessary sweetness, a detail that true pizza enthusiasts appreciate.

While the menu may not boast an extensive selection by the slice, opting for a whole pie and requesting an extra crispy bake elevates the flavors and texture markedly. The pizzas cater to diverse tastes, including vegetarian options, making it accessible for various dietary preferences. Whether you prefer to take your pizza home to bake or have the convenience of ready-to-eat slices, WinCo Pizza adapts to your rhythm with friendly service, though wait times can vary during peak hours.

The setting is unmistakably that of a grocery store food court—functional rather than atmospheric—but it supports a practical, casual dining experience ideal for shoppers and families who prioritize quality and value over ambiance. The restaurant also shows inclusivity by welcoming customers with SNAP benefits, ensuring affordability remains a core part of their appeal.

In summary, WinCo Pizza stands out as an unpretentious gem—delivering fresh, tasty, and budget-friendly pizzas in a location that serves both convenience and community. Who would have thought the third (I think) best rated pizza in town would be in WinCo. Leonardi's is actually my favorite pizza. Good old fashion simple pizza with a great sauce without all the disgusting sugar; not over complicated like most other places around town. Oh, and did I mention it's dirt cheap? Just $10 for a large pepperoni, for a baseline.

By the slice not always a big choice, but still some of the best pizza for me. Buy a whole pie and pay to have them cook it extra crispy. It's worth it. Service varies, as it's sometimes really busy. As for atmosphere, hey, it's a grocery store!

Pizza is fresh and good with enough combo's for you to choose from including vegetarian. To those who have SNAP Benefits they are happy to cook pizza for a dollar each.
